We encourage all Coaches, Parents and Spectators to please take time to familiarize yourselves with the Official 2024 NFL Flag Football rules. This way we are all aligned and the game can always be played as it is intended. This also allows our athletes to learn the game in the appropriate manner and become more knowledgeable about the game.
